host and caretaker were nice friendly accommodating. rooms were clean and comfortable. lots or bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. wifi password was provided. weak wifi connection upstairs. pool with hotspring water. notify caretaker when to turn on or off. pool has waterfall effects. kids area pool. videoke machine with lots of songs. kitchen area equipped with everything you might need. grill as well. water provided. location nearby dampalit falls with great short hike.
2 beds in one room were not usable due to roof leak at the time. drains in one bathroom does not drain well.

It is a secured resort style subdivision. Very modern and airy. Warm pool. Spacious kitchen and living area. Karaoke. Kitchen facilities available. Courteous and helpful staff. Easy communication with owners. I would definitely book this again in the future.
