The hotel was essentially located with easy walks all around the island. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful when asking questions on how to navigate water, boats, water, taxis, and ferries.
In the description, it said transportation to airport, just know that is not free transportation. However, the staff will schedule a taxi for you, but it’s not included with your stay. In my opinion, the taxi ride was very very expensive.

Perfect location. View over the canal was amazing for people watching. Walking distance to everything we needed.
The shower was a little small and the angle was awkward. Could use a weighted shower curtain so it hangs better.

Location was great. Gondolas right outside.
construction is nearby and they woke us up at 6am hammering away. Sounded like somebody was hammering on the outside of our building just underneath us. Other than that it was great.

Location
Cleanliness. There was thick dust on the dressers and lamps. And they DID NOT make our beds or even clean our room even though it’s printed on the welcome sheet that they clean the rooms. They only picked up dirty towels and left clean ones on a chair. Why go into a room and pick up towels only NOT to make the bed??? Or even dust???
