Phillipe is an exceptional host.
The property is beautiful with secure on site parking in a very quiet street very close to Bayeux old town.
Phillipe provides a continental breakfast delivered to your door every day.
All in all an fantastic break, we would highly recommend.
Spiral staircase to bedroom may cause difficulty for less mobile guests.

warm welcome, fabulous location, immaculately clean, very comfortable bed and living area, simply beautiful decor, wonderful light throughout, lovely breakfast with a basket of bread, croissants and pastries delivered by Philippe.

La location è semplicemente fantastica. Si fa quasi fatica a descrivere gli aspetti positivi, in quanto sono tantissimi.
A 3 minuti a piedi dalla cattedrale.
Il parcheggio è proprio all'interno del cortile.
L'appartamento è su 2 piani, molto ampio, dotato di tutti i comfort ed arredato benissimo, anche con mobili antichi e di pregio.
Il proprietario è una persona molto piacevole, disponibile e sempre sorridente.
Tutto pulitissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e, senza che lo richiedessimo, sono stati sostituiti gli asciugamani e pulito il bagno.
La camera da letto è al piano superiore e vi si accede tramite una bella scala a chiocciola in legno.
Sicuramente consigliata per chi cerca una location suggestiva e raffinata in pieno centro.

Excellent location and breakfast was good. Nice bathroom. Owner provided a ride to the train station.
We understand that AC in Europe is a luxury; however there is no excuse for not having fans available for guests. This is a two story apartment, the bedroom is upstairs, the second story is the hottest. Windows only on one side with no cross ventilation. The spiral suitcase is not safe if you’re over 65. Coffee from the coffeemaker was disgusting.
