Tout se fait à pied pour aller à la piscine ou à la mer. Pratique avec 4 enfants. La vue est imprenable et le jacuzzi très appréciable lors du coucher du soleil. Les balancelles extérieures étaient également appréciées par mes enfants.
Centre commercial à 6 minutes en voiture, top.
Cristina était très chaleureuse et arrangeante.

The stunning sea views, the relaxing private jacuzzi, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect escape. The setting was beautiful, ideal for unwinding and enjoying family time.
Nothing other than the access walking down to the beach front /boardwalk is under construction so not easy walking over stones.

OMG AMAZING! THE SEA IN THE ROOM! FABULOUS! I have no words to express the beauty and quiet of this little house practically on the sea rocks! When I opened the door and saw the 180° terrace overlooking the sea I was speechless! Heaven!
The magic of wave squash immediately enters your ears and you are left speechless. It feels like being on a boat! Swinging lazily on the swings admiring the setting sun allowed me to completely regenerate. In the evening a nice hot bath in the jacuzzi overlooking the sea was a spectacle. The house has large windows overlooking the sea from both the living room and the master bedroom; the sea with its magic enters the house. The children's room has a smaller window but also a sea view. The owner is an interior designer and personally took care of every detail of the renovation and it shows! Modern details are stylishly combined with some vintage or design elements making this house undoubtedly extraordinary.
In summer the Conca Verde di Andora residence of which this villa is part has 2 swimming pools, a tennis court and direct access to the sea. Parking space next to the house. They are also building the future cycle path next to it, when it is completed you will be able to go from Andora to Sanremo always along the sea! I can't wait to go back!
The access to the sea is not a real beach, more a small bay with splendid colors that range from green to turquoise. You can sunbathe on the rocks, there is no space to spread out towels on the sand but the rocks are wide and flat, it wasn't a problem for us!
The shoreline is sandy and this was important for our son to comfortably access the water and be able to make sandcastles. It should be specified that the house is located in a marine reserve so large works to make the bay wider are no longer permitted. The sea is still easily accessible and wonderful! In the town center the beaches are wider but the sea is uglier. I prefer the beautiful sea :-)
From the terrace we saw dolphins with the telescope and in nearby Laigueglia the sea turtles laid their eggs! It was very beautiful to see.
