Don't book this place

The town is pleasant.

We arranged to arrive at 9pm. We were sent instructions as to how to access the building and pick up the key for the flat. Once inside we opened the key locker and there was NO KEY. AND NO ONE TO CONTACT. NO RESPONSE TO EMAIL, TEXT OR PHONE CALL ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. WE HAD TO FIND A HOTEL AND GET A TAXI THERE AND BACK NEXT MORNING. SOMEONE ON RECEPTION APOLOGISED. 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' WOULD CONTACT US. A WEEK LATER AND THEY HAVEN'T. THEY OWE US MONEY FOR THE LOST NIGHT AND COMPENSATION.

Perfection in Troyes

It was beside the train station(A positive) 10 min walk to the old town with many restaurants and supermarkets within a couple of minutes. Adequately stocked kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots, pans and a Senseo coffee machine. Nice balcony. It was so quiet, safe and spotless. And the shower was amazing. We travel a lot and could not fault this accommodation.

Well located, clean and comfortable

Super clean and comfortable - brilliant air conditioning during a heat wave. Very convenient for railway and bus stations and close to free navette into town. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice touch to provide some tea, coffee and sugar, washing up liquid, shower gel, soap and shampoo.

It was a little strange to be staying in a Residence for Seniors, although this did mean it was quiet and secure. The apartment was well equipped but I would suggest 3 additional items: a clock, some salt and pepper, and some detergent for the washing machine, as it is impossible to buy this in small quantities.

Spacious clean good location modern the staff they are really chill and helpful nice people , also the residents are cute old people really polite quiet and nice , the property is really safe , would suggest if you want quiet place and nice and they are really helpful all
