I enjoyed my 7 day stay. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped and located close to the National Gardens and Temple of Zeus. The living and dining rooms are both above average size and the couch is especially comfortable and large. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge and two coffee makers. The bathroom is a bit tight but clean and always available hot water at high pressure. The bedroom is a good size and the bed comfortable. There is good, simple to use, air conditioning throughout. The balcony is accessible from the living and dining rooms but overlooks a busy road. The church on top of Lycabetis Hill can be seen to the right but my preferred view was to the left, over the National Garden, towards the hill top Philopappos Monument.

Sitting out on the balcony is spoilt by traffic noise and it's best to keep the double glazed doors closed which reduces noise level to an unobtrusive hum. However, in my view this is fully offset by the very reasonable rent.
