We stayed there with friends for five days. The host is extremely nice and helped us when we couldn't find the apartment. She turned on the boiler before our arrival for us to have warm water and left some snacks for us as well:)
Moreover, the host is polite and she made sure thst we were comfortable.
The appartment had everything we needed including cotton pads and cotton swabs. The appartment has air conditioning and clean towels too.

Dejana kindly allowed me to check in a couple hours earlier and met me at the apartment to hand over the keys. Although the bed is extendable, it was quite comfortable (I am picky about that). Zero noise from the neighbors (such a pleasant surprise). Washing machine! Big balcony facing a quiet inner yard to relax and dry your clothes.
Floor was a bit dusty. Equipment here and there shows signs of wear: towel hanger in the bathroom could fall on your feet, the clothes drying rack on the balcony is rusty and falling apart, the frying pan in the kitchen is unusable, etc. The shower cabin leaks, so there's a puddle on the floor each time you take a shower. The Wifi is rather slow: okay for casual use, but not enough for video calls.

Отличная квартира, сначала кажется, что расположение как будто далековато, 20-25 миннут пешком, но через пару дней привыкаешь. По пути есть много местных ресторанчиков с приятными ценами, фруктовые лавки, магазинчики с пляжными принадлежностями.
Достоинства:
1. Квартира точно как на фото. Просторная, тихие соседи, горячая вода, удобная ванная, стиральная машина, на кухне есть все для приготовления еды, удобные кровати, большая терраса, кондиционер работает отлично. Всё чисто и аккуратно. Хозяева оставили нам зонтик для пляжа за что им большое спасибо.
2. Расположение: рядом два больших супер маркета, есть русский магазин, на первом этаже есть местная выпечка и русское кафе.
3. Цена: в высокий сезон отличное соотношение цена-качество. Удалено от шумного центра - для нас это был плюс.
4. Хозяева: очень радушная семья, быстро разместили, всегда были на связи, если вернёмся в Будву, то обязательно остановимся у них же.
Недостатки:
1. Нужно иметь ввиду, что подьем до квартиры "в горку" минут 20-25. Для нас с мамой это был плюс, как фитнес, но кому то может показаться далеко. Мы брали квартиру на 20 дней и в приоритет ставили тишину и чистоту.
Отлично провели отпуск, отдохнули как дома. Спасибо большое хозяевам и удачи с их бизнесом!
