The place is beautiful restored to new but keeping the beauty alive. We stood at the biggest room of the three. The toilette is huge, the bedroom super luminous and the bed beyond confortable.
For those in need of Wi-Fi, it doesn’t reach the balcony and fairly the suite we stood in.

Lovely view of the lake from the suite balcony.
The bathroom has a (very very bright) light and loud fan which switches on and off via an automatic sensor. This is extremely impractical when you have to use the toilet in the middle of the night and have no choice but for all the lights to turn completely on— this simple detail impacted our stay in a negative way unfortunately.
Also, after booking we were notified by the host that we must arrive before 5pm (even though the original check-in time offered much later) because she insisted the road in front of the hotel would close due to a festival. We changed all our plans and rushed there to meet her for her required check-in time, yet the road never was closed in the end. I think she just did not want to have to work past 5 and used it as an excuse. Unprofessional and cold communication which made it all a bit strange experience

Una bellissima scoperta. La villa è stata restaurata con grande gusto: mantiene tutto il fascino di una dimora storica, ma è perfettamente curata e sembra praticamente nuova.
La vista sul Lago di Bolsena è spettacolare e la posizione è comodissima, a due passi dal centro storico di Montefiascone, con parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti.
Le camere sono davvero di livello, eleganti e rifinite come quelle di un hotel di lusso. Anche l'accoglienza è stata impeccabile: personale gentile, disponibile e molto professionale.
Ci tornerò sicuramente, magari per una vacanza più lunga con la mia famiglia. Super consigliata!
