Café da manhã bom, atende muito bem o necessário para começar o dia. Ótima localização, quarto limpo e funcional. Ficaria novamente com certeza.

Staff in general were happy to help with enquiries, despite language barriers. Location is good for local shops/restaurants and of course, The Eifel Tower. Signage on the inside of the hotel was easy to follow, and rooms were without keys, and use a coded keypad lock.

Upon arrival by taxi, we were pointed to the location, which at roadside, there was no obvious hotel signage. If it wasnt for the taxi driver pointing at the green gate, we would of not known where to go. Once you go through the outer green gate with a code (which they send to you email) you then walk up the path to an entrance and enter the same code again. Pictures included in this review. The room, despite doing our general research prior to booking, the room we got was not what is advertised on booking. I believe the neighbouring buildings (where we were staying) is a recent addition to Reys Hotel. This building is/was a care home for the elderly, as the leaflets were still in the hallways outside the rooms. The room was boiling, with underfloor heating, no AC but did have a fan which kinda took the edge off, but not perfect. On the headboard to the bed was attached a telephone & plug socket, which was unusable due to location. Lack of amenities in the room in respect to tea/coffee and even basic cups(they gave you disposable cups). It did not even have a spoon! We had a wooden lolly stick stirrer. More so, I think this is the first time I've ever had only 2 milk pots. Needing a hot drink I had to go down and ask for some additional milks from the reception, which the obliged. Breakfast was also disappointing, it was a very basic continental. No fruit, only 2 choices of cereal, and no fillings for the omelette.
