Ο Ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική. Η καθαριότητα άψογη. Πολλές επιλογές για πρωινό, καφέ, ποτό και φαγητό.

Μια κρεμάστρα τοίχου ή πόρτας θα βοηθούσε.

Wenig ablageflæche,haltegriff der Dusche defekt,dusche selbst sehr eng,duschgardine klebte auf der Haut,die musste man zu machen,da sonst der Fön,der zu nah an der dusche angebracht war,zu gefæhrlich ist.WC spúle defekt,keine handtychhalter vorhanden!Der minikúhlschrank funktionierte mehr als eisfach.kein handtuchwechsel,kein müll entsorgt

Check in was 1pm . We got there at 2.45 and there was no one there. No receptionist and the doors to the hotel were locked . We waited and waited some more. I called the hotel number and no answer . I left several messages to no avail. We were so stressed because we were baptizing at 5.30 at a monastery on that island and that’s why we booked this property. We had to get in to shower and change . A cleaning woman came to the door and we asked where the receptionist was and why was the door locked and no one there . She said she would try to find the owner. She called him so many times and left him messages because he never picked up . I said please give us a room , we had already paid for the rooms . She said she couldn’t give us one unless the owner told her too. I showed her the payment but still couldn’t. We were so irritated and very stressed because it was now 4 and the owner still hadn’t come! After quite some Time he finally called the cleaning woman and she passed the phone to me . He said he was sorry and I said what kind of a business are you running here? This is terrible customer service , I had paid for the rooms and even emailed you! You knew we were going to come today , and there was no one here to give us a room! I then gave the phone back because he was giving me excuses and I didn’t want to hear them . She then gave me the phone back and he started yelling at me!! Unbelievable!! He said he wanted my name and because of the delay he was going to give us the 2 rooms with a balcony, I said I paid for rooms with a balcony !! He was doing me a favour? I had paid for such rooms. Horrible experience! Horrible man!

The owner is a very rude man !!
