C’est déjà notre 4ᵉ séjour au The Manor Kuala Lumpur, et nous sommes toujours aussi ravis de revenir !
L’emplacement est vraiment top, la piscine est très agréable et les chambres offrent de très belles vues sur Kuala Lumpur. Nous apprécions également la proximité d’un restaurant local juste à côté.
Mention spéciale au personnel, toujours bienveillant, patient et à l’écoute. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.
cette année, en raison des travaux, nous avons malheureusement rencontré un problème de cafards dans notre chambre. L’équipe nous a rapidement changé de chambre, mais cela reste une expérience assez stressante.
Nous avons également trouvé que les lobbies 1 et 2 sont moins luxueux que le lobby 3, où nous avions séjourné l’année dernière. Cette différence est un peu dommage. Enfin, le lavage des vitres le matin pendant les vacances était parfois gênant.

We enjoued out few nights at the Manor Residence KLCC by Five Senses. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was a good size. There were coffee facilites in the room and a good sized fridge. We made use of the free washing machine on the ground floor and the cafe next door was pretty good. Roof top pool was amazing.
Showers were a good size with good water pressure.
One thing to be aware of is the name of the property. There are many different apartments with a very similar name, we had a bit of an issue with a transfer as I put the wrong Canopy 5 senses address.
The room was a bit dated but we expected that for the price.
They only supplied 1 door key.

The pool was out of order under renovations for months and they didn’t tell us when we booked.

The location and the amenities
My booking was for the Manor residence KLCC by Five Senses only to be told upon arrival that my booking was for the adjacent Canopy building which does not make any sense. Additionally, there was no view whatsover which by the way was my main reason of booking their residences. this should looked into and communicated in booking procedures
