Location is good- nice community with pool, beach and access to quality hotels with easy access to motorways leading up to beaches and mountains. Violetta was very responsive and helpful in addressing the various issues we encountered during our stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable enough for a couple. Kitchenette gives a good flexibility to cook or warm up food.
he apartment would benefit from better cleaning in between guests as we dishes were not washed properly, washing machine had pieces of clothing left from previous occupants and towels were not quite fresh. Also, the property has a number of construction/finishing flaws that its owner may need to address such as poor drainage in the shower and the loo. There was an unpleasant smell in part of the apartment that we couldn’t figure out the source of.

It is generally a quiet and safe area and on that side of the pool there are fewer large families.
Real hedge between terraces. Nice kitchen and supplies. Good chairs for the terrace.
Nicely decorated and clean - also the pool.
It's very close to the sea.
The bed could be more comfortable. There was no adapter for the BRITISH sockets (like next door); I left mine in the apartment so the next guests could be luckier than me.
I was only given ONE roll of toilet paper - for a week! Kitchen paper towels also not provided.
The pool is really cold in December and January.
Watching TV was not possible and there was no explanation how to use it.
The sliding door to the terrace was extremely hard to open/close and it was not fixed while I was there.
Unfortunately, an excavator was working every day just across the street and you could hear it on the terrace.
I was not told how to enter the property (there's a gate...).
