The property is located right next to the path leading up to the old town of Sighișoara. Having a secure parking space in the courtyard was a huge plus for us. The host was very warm and friendly. It was a really nice gesture when he brought us coffee on our first morning. He was so eager to help that he even offered to take our empty bottles straight from the car trunk while we were packing. All the rules and fees (such as the extra charge for using the kitchen) were clearly stated in the description, so there were no surprises.
The apartment does not have a hallway. To get to the bathroom from the bedroom with two beds, you have to walk through the bedroom with three beds. This is important to know if you prefer more privacy.
Communication was a bit limited as the host does not speak English and we do not speak Romanian, though he still tried his best to communicate.
