We absolutely loved our stay here. The villa is beautiful, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. The private pool and outside area are fantastic and the views towards the sea are stunning. The location is brilliant for Platanias, with shops, restaurants and the bus to Chania all within easy reach. Maria was a fantastic host and made everything so easy for us. We stayed at Minoa Palace earlier this year and genuinely enjoyed this villa even more. We were very sad to leave and would definitely return, hopefully for longer next time!
The only small negative and it’s tiny is some traffic noise from the main road, but after the first day we hardly noticed it and actually enjoyed sitting outside watching the world go by. It certainly wouldn’t stop us staying again.

Very nice and complete house, spacious and clean, quite new. Enough space for everyone, good beds, shutters. Also enough coffee cups and toilet paper, which is a nice detail. The personnel who supports the house is excellent 10/10 for everything. Quick response, friendly and helpful.
As other guests mentioned, and as expected, a busy road lies close ahead. Because of the shutters you do not hear it at night. Also a very minor detail is that the shower heads in some of the bathrooms can’t be mounted atop of your head.

The property was just as pictured and well maintained. It is outfitted with quality finishes, comfortable furniture and is very well stocked. We really enjoyed the outside area during our downtime. I worked a bit while there and was happy with the WiFi. The host was very responsive and worked to address an issue with shower drainage during our stay quickly and permanetly by adding a piece of stone to the floor which was appreciated and resolved the issue. The location is great, it makes it easy to walk into Platanias during the day or at night and not have to worry about parking. Also convenient to have the grocery store right next door as we did some cooking during our stay.
Honestly we don't have anything bad to say but will advise travelers that this is on the main road, but since it is at the beginning we did not find noise to be an issue. The modern shutters are great at blocking light and the new windows/doors seemed to block most noise.
