De ligging is prima. Als je buitenkomt direct mooi zicht op de rivier. Het hotel ligt in voetgangerszone dus geen verkeer errond.
Alle personeel is supervriendelijk: zowel aan het onthaal als de kamermeisjes als bij het ontbijt. Met extra dank aan de receptionist die mij hielp bij het inchecken bij satena. Wij hadden bij vertrek helaas geen cash geld meer dus kon ik geen fooi geven alhoewel iedereen het meer dan verdiende!
Wij reden van cartagena met een taxi (5 tot 6 uur rijden) naar Mompos, we vertrokken richting medellin via luchthaven van Mompos. Prima geregeld zo.
De badkamer en meerbepaald bij de lavabo was er heel weinig plaats. De douche was dan wel weer heel ruim

We had literally THE BEST time staying here. The staff were extremely warm, helpful and welcoming; the facilities were very clean and everything you need was provided (toiletries , towels, air con); the pool was a welcome space to cool down; the decor of the hotel was beautiful with lovely furniture and plants; the breakfast was perfect and the location could not have been better either - right next to the river and half way between two lovely squares to spend time in. We are soo glad we went. If you are in any doubt about going to Mompox, don’t be… You must go! And staying in this hotel will make your time even more special.
