Pues la verdad está un poco descuidado y no me refiero a que este viejo, sino que le falta mantenimiento y también supervisión de la persona encargada del departamento

Lovely ground floor apartment with full kitchen, washing machine, AC, and everything needed for a short- or longer-term stay. Great water pressure and hot water. Location was really convenient for visiting the different Huatulco areas. Just 8 minutes drive to La Crucita. Street parking was available directly outside. I didn’t use the pool, but there is a pool on property, and both beach and bath towels are available. Access to the building is via a code which will be sent to you. Great communication with the host.
Light switch for the bedroom is located outside the room in the main living room. Shower doesn’t drain properly so floods bathroom unless you take a really short shower. Because the room is on the ground floor facing the street, you will hear the party buses going past. They didn’t bother me, but it’s something to be aware of.

Beautiful condo, has everything one could need during a stay. The location was great for me as I had a group stay at the Dreams across the street for a wedding. Bought a day pass to spend time with them.
