We had a truly wonderful stay at Fountain Mahabaleshwar!
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special with their fantastic service and always-smiling faces. A big thanks to Tanulima and Manisha for their warm hospitality, and to Mahendra from the restaurant team who went above and beyond—he not only checked on us but also served food options that weren’t part of the buffet.
The property itself is beautifully designed with good architecture and a perfect location that makes it very convenient for exploring Mahabaleshwar. The entire place is spotlessly clean, and the facilities are excellent—especially for kids, with plenty of fun games and activities to keep them entertained.
Dining was another highlight—breakfast and meals had a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff ensured everything was perfect. Room service was lightning fast, and the valet and parking were seamless, making the stay stress-free.
What stood out the most was the politeness and ever-smiling nature of the entire staff, which truly made our experience memorable.
If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be to add more non-vegetarian options to the menu.
Overall, a perfect family getaway and an experience we’d love to repeat. Highly recommended!
