The room had no air conditioning which made it unbearable to sleep during the heatwave. The check in and check out is completed at another property a 15 minute walk away so taxis to and from there cost us extra due to carrying our luggage. I was annoyed that the apartment lacked basic essentials such as cleaning products and extra bin bags so I wasn’t able to clean very well unless I went out and bought my own things. Whilst the location is ideal, I wouldn’t choose to come here again at all. I feel that I paid a ridiculous price for what I got, whilst I know there was a festival on during my stay, I still don’t think it was worth the money at all.

Over all this hotel suited my needs....my mobility is hampered after suffering a stroke...so my room allocation was the 18th floor...be prepared to speak fluent languages but not english....when you check in....then be prepared too get a taxi too another hotel 10 minutes away...why they don't issue the key's at the tarik as they used too is a complete mystery...then there's the 9 digit code you have to tap into your door handle...take some one small with you...it'll help.
