Kids bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with automatic ice in the freezer. Kitchen includes a blender, coffee pot, single serve keurig, tea kettle, toaster, dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Dining table for 4. Kids cups, plates, bowls and utensils in unit. Central Air and Heat. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, electric fireplace, outdoor shower, ceiling fans, living room and master bedroom, steam iron and iron board, and hairdryer. Each bed includes bedspread, one pillow per person inside a decorative pillow case. Condo has two additional spare blankets in the closet. Full bath with deep tub and hand held shower head. Living room has an electric fireplace. Washer and dryer in laundry room. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset on the patio out front. Outdoor shower, shed with beach items and a backyard to enjoy. Condo comes with one parking space and 4 beach tags. This is the bottom condo unit. The upstairs condo is identical to this downstairs unit and can be rented at the same time to accommodate additional space needed.

I booked three nights for myself, my husband, and our two sons (11 & 7) and it was perfect for a relaxing shore getaway! Everything is newly remodeled and spotless. The couches and queen bed are very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. A short walk to the beach, a few stores & restaurants, and a quick drive to many more. Joe was very responsive and the booking/check in process were easy.
