About this house rental
The apartment is centrally located in relation to the town and beach, both within a walking distance of 300 meters. The apartment was renovated in 2025 with a new bathroom with underfloor heating, new paint, new doors and beds. There are 6 sleeping places distributed in 3 rooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed. In addition, there is an open kitchen/dining room with dishwasher with access to a small, partially covered terrace where you can enjoy the sun and possibly prepare a meal on the grill. There is free access to SportsPark Blåvandshuk, a swimming and water park in Oksbøl. (Drive approx. 15 min.)A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

The apartment itself is nice, with a good layout for families, We had six people comfortably sleeping in three rooms, The terrace was a lovely spot for morning coffee, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a washing machine on-site,

I recently stayed at this apartment and was pleasantly surprised by how modern and well-equipped it was, The new bathroom with underfloor heating was a luxurious touch, especially during the chilly evenings, The open kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the dishwasher was a lifesaver for cleanup, Plus, being just a short walk from the beach was a huge bonus!

This place is perfect for families! The layout with a double bed, two singles, and a bunk bed worked well for us, The open kitchen was great for cooking together, and the dishwasher made cleanup easy,
