La ubicación y la atención del personal, muy bien. El restaurante, muy bien.
No tenían plancha en la habitación; la tenías que solicitar, pero no tenían disponibles. No pude planchar mis camisas (estaba en una plenaria). Los climas de la habitación, tienes que dejar 300 de depósito. Mal. No me gusta llevarme controles ni toallas, pero que me pidan depósito, me hace sentir que desconfían de mí. No es agradable.

La amplitud y la limpieza de la habitación
La actitud del personal, no tienen vocación de servicio, llegamos y aunque había dos personas en el front desk, ninguna se dignó a atendernos, les solicitamos un jr suite y nos pusieron pretextos para no asignarnos, no servía el WiFi, cuando subimos al piso estaba todo oscuro, no había toallas de manos
