This holiday home is located in the Lake Highlands in the middle of Gjern Bakker in the middle of Jutland. water park is closed from 6/1-25 to and including 10/1-25, due to renovations. The house is equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable vacation and is modernly furnished with a hot tub, sauna, washing machine and wood-burning stove. There are 2 terraces where you can enjoy the weather. The rental includes 8 activity cards with free access to many activities such as tropical water park, sports hall, playground and many other activities for children and adults. Close to the house you'll find an 18-hole international golf course and a 9-hole short course at Søhøjlandets Golf Club. Not far from the holiday area is the small cozy town of Gjern. The town offers a variety of service and grocery stores. NOTE Waterpark is closed from Dec 5-8 and Dec 12-15, 2022A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
