We had a wedding at the Cadilac Ranch and the proximity of this house was great. The house was clean and perfect for our stay. The owner was very helpful with any question we had. The horses on the ranch were beautiful. Good times where had by all.

House was spacious and comfortable for 6 people. We were 30 min from Dreams Park for baseball tournament. It’s 15 min or so from grocery stores and restaurants in Oneonta. It’s about 35-40 min to Cooperstown. Very quiet. Nice farm with lots of horses.

Everything was neat, clean and spacious. My only drawback, and i mentioned it to the owner, was that air conditioner should be turned on a couple hours(at least) before arrival--it was so hot when we arrived at 10 pm.

We stayed in this country to attend my nephew's wedding in Milford Center. It was was so spacious and relaxing for me, my husband and my in-laws. The views were amazing! It was also a reasonable distance to shopping when needed. Tracy is a great hostess and the horses and pony were added bonus! We would definitely stay again when needed!!
