Located in Waikoloa Village, you’re close to great dining, a grocery store, gas station, and a new shopping plaza, while still just a short drive to the island’s most beautiful beaches.
Outdoor Living:
• Oversized lanai surrounded by tropical landscaping, roaming wild turkeys, and sunset skies
• Ideal for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening cocktails
• Private lanai off the primary bedroom with a relaxing hammock

• Waikoloa Village Association: Aquatic center, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and pickleball courts

• Coffee filters, Ziploc bags, aluminum foil
• Starter pantry items
This condo does not have air conditioning. Located at a comfortable elevation in Waikoloa Village, the trade winds and ceiling fans keep the space pleasant most of the year.
Perfect for: couples, golfers, snowbirds, and guests who appreciate step-free access, peaceful surroundings, and sunset views.
All guests are required to complete and sign a rental agreement with With Aloha Property Services LLC within 10 days of booking to avoid cancellation in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if you stay at this property.
