An unfortunate terrible hotel-stay in an otherwise wonderful city/area.

The kitchen appliances did not work, the stove didn’t work, there were no plates, or cutlery, no tea/coffee, no toiletries, the shower drain was not running through properly, there was no hot water at the kitchen sink, there was a white box with repulsive items next to the bed and the host made us pay upfront via alipay despite the hotel being at least 50% vacant. Also only 1 elevator was functioning in the building, while it had 30+ floors.
