KARAVANSARAY Turkistan Family Hotel - FLYING THEATRE ACCESS

The location is ideal, at the heat of the city, and the reception staff just perect: patient, warm, flexible, welcoming. Particular thanks to Jasmin for her help with my lost & found sweater. The rooms are spacious and new. The Flying Theater is probably not worth paying as a standalone (it's pricy) but very much worth it as a free add-on to the hotel stay. Although I found the breakfast beautiful, it did not have many healthy options - but the food for night service was excellent. Overall an excellent way to spend a couple of says in Turkestan, the hotel is like the new development of the city and part of the experience!

The room was not super clean and I had to ask for housekeeping to clean it up (nad they left the AC on after, even though I had turned it off on purpose when entering). Did not appreciate that the staff entered my room to leave food I had ordered, even though the person knew I was just a couple of minutes from being back. TERRIBLE experience at the Spa where the receptionist's mistakes and confusion led to cancellation of my appointment, and where the staff made me feel very uncomfortable because of their lack of communication skills and basic interpersonal skills. The massage was average at best, and I felt vulnerable and not welcome. Really the worst spa experience I had.

The room was neat and clean.

Breakfast Oats/Museli was stale. The Receptionist where always standing. I noticed they did not have a Seat to Sit. This is feel is not good. If they stand for so long they can get tired and how will a tired staff service its customer's well?
