A very bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to deal with them. When I arrived, there was no one to hand me the apartment. They just sent a message saying the key was in the electricity switchbox next to the door.
When I entered the apartment, I was shocked by what I saw! The place was filthy, the furniture was all messy, there was a strong smell of spoiled food, and the trash bins were overflowing.
When I requested cleaning services, their response was extremely slow. I received the apartment at 3:00 PM, and the cleaning service arrived an hour and a half later. It was just one woman, and she didn’t have any proper cleaning supplies or towels. She claimed that the dry cleaning service was outside the city.
I waited over half an hour for the bed linens to arrive, and when they did, they were damp and unusable.
