My overnight stay at this establishment was, in every conceivable sense, an unexpectedly distinguished experience. What was initially intended to be nothing more than a brief one-night accommodation evolved into an experience sufficiently remarkable to leave me with an unequivocal conviction that this will by no means be my final visit. While the hotel itself possesses an undeniable elegance and an admirable standard of refinement, what truly elevates it beyond the ordinary is the calibre of the individuals who constitute its staff. Each member I had the pleasure of encountering demonstrated an extraordinary combination of courtesy, attentiveness, professionalism, and, most importantly, an authentic warmth that cannot be manufactured through conventional hospitality training. There is an almost effortless graciousness in the manner with which the staff conduct themselves. Their kindness never feels rehearsed, their attentiveness never intrusive, and their professionalism never devoid of genuine human warmth. They are, quite simply, exceptionally lovely people, and their presence contributes immeasurably to the atmosphere and character of the hotel. It is rather remarkable how, despite spending merely a single night there, I departed with the distinct impression that I had experienced something considerably more meaningful than a conventional hotel stay. Certain establishments are remembered for their architecture, their facilities, or their aesthetic sophistication; this one, however, will remain memorable to me because of the people who give it its character. I left with nothing but admiration and sincere appreciation, and with the pleasant certainty that one night was nowhere near sufficient. I shall undoubtedly return, hopefully for a considerably longer stay, and I very much look forward to experiencing once again the exceptional hospitality of such an outstanding team.

The heaven like comfort in bed, on quiet days (when there is no construction noise! :)) The very comfy wooden interior, which is significant when you know I have been in a lot of Egyptian hotels. The bed is good! The jacuzzi-type bathtub works and is Awesome!! Talabat is normally accessible there unlike in what is on the other side (closer to the Sphinx) of the main Al Haram boulevard. The owners had no issue with me ordering! Sweet sweet.

There are a couple harmless tweaks. The water heater often required reminders to be on. The internet was god awful for a few days but I was told the telecom company was doing repairs. The construction noise annihilated the heavenly aura inside the place on the days it was occurring. Apart from that, I think it's quantum physics near to perfect!

Az ágy kényelmes volt, tiszta Ez tökéletes! Reggelit csak az első napon kértünk ez bőséges volt gond nem volt vele. Amikor át mentünk Luxorba pár napra, reggel kaptunk elelmiszer csomagot. Meg volt a jó szándek úgy érzem, de valami még is úgy hiányzott az egészből.

Indulas elött kértünk transzfert, meg is egyeztünk. Csak nem jöttek értük a reptérre 0:30utan sikerült taxit fogadni ami el vitt a címre. Ott senki nem vártkb 1.5 óra próbálkozás után előkerült a szállásadó. Nem azt a szobat kaptuk amit kifizettük, ezt másnap a tulaj magától kicserélte egy nagyobbra, az általunk vállasztottra. Ez zajos volt mivel egy forgalmas kereszteződésre nézett. 0-24 órában dudálás, autók zaja. Ami még nem tetszett nyomulós volt. Azt éreztük mindegy hogy hogyan de pénzt szedjen ki belőlünk. Kaptunk egy fakultatív ajánlatot. A piramisoknál egy vacsora. Elösször 40 dollár, utaná ja de nincs benn transzfer, plusz 20 dollár ( kb15 perc sétára voltunk a piramisoktól) Utána jött azzal hogy az italfogyasztás nincs benne. Kicsalt 30 dollárt mondvan a többi ráér. Nem tudtunk elmenni rá, de a pénzt nem kaptuk vissza. A Fűrdőszoba: A víz folyton csöpögött a Wc mellett, gyakorlatilag nem úsztuk meg sosem szárazon.
