Apartment is in location where i like. The green and away from the city center.
Aprtment is in basement of a house but still working good and have all options
Wifi worked well since day one until i left.
I thought its not a basment apartment which wasnt clear in the description before booking

Good connection to public transport. Streaming services are connected on the TV (intentionally or not). Provided coffee is good.
The side entrance door from where guests need to enter was not of good quality and sometimes stuck. You can hear people above on the floor walking. The tram is immediately passing next to the house so it can be noisy when it passes. If someone has a spider phobia this place is not for them since it is in a basement there are a few.

Die FeWo liegt sehr zentral zum wunderschönen Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe.
Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden.
Die Einrichtung ist modern und gemütlich.
Ich habe nix Gravierendes zu beanstanden

Die Unterkunft liegt toll und ruhig in der Nähe eines Parks, ist sehr schön und modern gestaltet und wirkt zunächst wie auf den Fotos ausgesprochen einladend. Die Kommunikation war zudem sehr freundlich und auf Hinweise wurde direkt reagiert bzw. Lösungen angeboten.
Vor Ort wurde dieser positive visuelle Eindruck dann leider durch einige technische und handwerkliche Mängel, die ungewöhnlich vielen Spinnen sowie den teilweise nicht nutzbaren Außenbereich etwas getrübt. Insgesamt ein ansprechendes Konzept mit viel Potenzial, bei dem einige gezielte Verbesserungen den Aufenthalt deutlich aufwerten und auch den Bildern gerechter würden.
