Great space, well equipped and good location.
The heating had been off before we arrived (all radiators turned off) so it was freezing when we arrived. It was also timer controlled so we couldn’t warm the place up for our first night and we were very cold. We managed to turn radiators on so that they warmed up the next day but the timer control meant they weren’t on enough to keep the place warm during a cold week.

Property was well equipped and perfect location.
Unfortunately on arrival we noticed one of the velux windows had broken and wouldn’t shut. Luckily for us the weather was hot anyway so we weren’t cold and didn’t get wet. The sound of the waterfall all night was comforting .

Large 3 bed coach house with two small but usable and valuable parking spaces in a convenient and nice area close to town, up a hill bit everything in Ambleside is.
Needs cleaning, dirty crockery, dirty oven trays and saucepans with old food stuck on and no washing up liquid or kitchen cleaner to clean with, had to load the dishwasher before we could cook. Stains on seats and lamps that don’t work with broken lampshades, comfortable beds but sheets stained. Needs a refresh, having said that I would stay again for the price and location just didn’t expect to be buying cleaning products for a weekend away.
