This apartment is perfect for a holiday in Kavala region. It is clean and quiet, nicely furbished and equiped. Katia is a superb host who thought of everything you might need, including some sweet or salty pastries, fruits and water and wine. The fridge is big, the two AC units are strong, the two tv sets are connected to Netflix on the premise acount and there are many other useful facilities, for drying or ironing clothes, for cooking or cleaning. The main double bed is very comfortable and there are two other single sleeping cots. The shower is excellent, with good pressure and draining. There are plenty of clean towels and shelves, hangers or depositing spaces. It's good to see that someone has such a nice taste and is so careful and practical in every detail. As a plus, the apartment has a parking place and it is close to a big supermarket Grand Masoutis. You can walk two minutes for the nice bakery Fika or five minutes for the highly recommended restaurans Yalos or Molos. The location is close to the exit road for Batis complex or for the beautiful beaches of Palio and Amolofoi. We left Kavala with the gorgeous sea in our soul and the warm hospitality in our hearts. Thank you, Katia, we will be back at your place in summers to come!

Katia bizi çok nazik bir şekilde karşıladı. Evde ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcut. Karşılama ikramliklari fazlasıyla comertceydi. Evin konumu çok iyi. Plaja yürüyerek 2 dakika mesafede. Tam karşıda süpermarket var. Kavalaya tekrar gelirsek adresimiz belli.

Ev sahibi Katia harika bir insan. Evde kendi elleriyle herseyi hazırlamış. Her turlu ince ayrıntıyı düşünmüş. Ikramlar Uzo ve Sarap dahi bırakmış. Buzdolabinda meyveden tereyağa, recelden peynire ve salam dahil herseyi bırakmış. Ev eşyalarla birlikte cok modern. Hersey pırıl pırıl. Ilk yardim çantası, tırnak makası, törpü bile var. Harikasın Katia hanım. Tekrar geleceğiz. Sevgilerimizle..... Konum olarak cok merkezi. Ayrica şehir içi trafiğinden uzak. 4 kişilik bir aileyiz. Gayet uygun. Yatakları rahat.
Herşey ince ayrıntısıyla düşünülmüş. 50 metre yakınında büyük süpermarket var. Ayrica evin kapalı garajı var. Şehir merkezine çok yakin

Everything about the place was amazing. We called the host (Katia) when we arrived and she were at the place two minutes after. The location is perfect for visiting the city and for exploring the beaches. A big super market is located just in front of the apartment. The room/apartment its self was so clean, like new with very unique design style. I definitely recommend the place. And thank you Katia for the gifts.
The place is perfect, nothing more to be wanted.
