Sehr schönes, individuelles Haus in wunderbarer Lage. Tolles Zusammenspiel des Ambientes der (schätzungsweise) Neunziger Jahre und modernen Elementen. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit großzügig vorhandenem, ansprechendem Essgeschirr, großem Kühlschrank und drei Geffrierfächern darunter. Wohlfühl-Terrasse im direktem Anschluss an das Wohn-/Esszimmer. Durch die zwei gegenüberliegenden Häuser lässt sich ein Blick auf das Wasser erhaschen. Großer Garten und damit jede Menge Platz. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin.
Leider ließ die Sauberkeit vor allem in der Küche (Herd, Einrahmung Spülbecken/Armaturen, Abzugshaube, Wasserkocher) teilweise schwer zu wünschen übrig und es handelte sich nicht um eine im Laufe der Jahre entstandene, nicht mehr entfernbare Patina. Bilder davon wurden nach Inbezugnahme des Hauses der Eigentümerin gesendet, die dies an die zuständige Reinigungsfirma weiterleitet. Die nicht funktionierende Beleuchtung des innenliegenden Bades konnten wir durch eine mitgebrachte, aufladbare Lampe problemlos auffangen. Daher war die umgehendend in Aussicht gestellte Reparatur durch einen Handwerker während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht notwendig.
