Stayed 5 nights. Great location. VERY easy to make arrangements, host got us a driver from the airport, great communication. Easy to get access for us, and very secure manned lobby and 2 deadbolts to access unit. Very clean, easy to settle in. Nice accommodations, TVs, appliances. The host helped us also book a ride to the airport.
We didn't care about the view, luckily. Out the window looks into a parking structure/residential building.

Ubicación céntrica, al lado de todo. Apartamento amplio y cómodo con todo lo necesario para cocinar si así se desea. Buenas comunicación con el propietario.

Apartamento novo, confortável e muito bem localizado
Região barulhenta (a janela poderia fechar melhor, para isolar o som) e o fato de que só pode pagar com dólares em espécie (tive que pagar 7USD de taxa para poder sacar)

The location is great, but the traffic is terrible 24/7 and the property is not sound isolated. The host respond quickly to the problems he could solve.
It was extremely noisy. The windows don't close tightly, and traffic is loud 24/7. You should know this beforehand.
The apartment is full of ants behind the walls, so if you leave any food out of the fridge, they're going to come in numbers quickly. You should know this beforehand, too.
The dish rack was dirty.
I spoke to the host, and he replaced the dish rack and quickly brought some pesticide.
