The place was clean and all filters on air conditioning, etc were kept spotless which is a big concern of mine especially as we had the A/C on all the time due to the outside temps this year (almost 100 degrees F all week). The front desk staff was very cordial. I liked the gated parking garage. the location overall is good as you are near some great bars/restaurants and about 4 blocks from Forest Park with the zoo and museums.
I booked what they called a triple room with attached bathroom but when i got into the room it was simply a room with a bed and a sofa that folded out. I went to the front desk and it was explained that the sofa counted as a bed so they presented it as a room which made zero sense to me. I did not even get the actual room i was promised based on the pictures they put on the bookings site. We were missing a table /chairs. The room was a single room and no larger than anywhere else I have ever been. I have been seeing how these orgs have been misrepresenting accommodations all over the country. There are no triple rooms that i can see. the beds were made of some sort of memory foam but the stiffest I have been on. They barely sank in when you laid down and that took some getting used to.

Outstanding location. Easy to get in and out of the parking garage going in either direction. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. I could’ve paid two or three times as much in the same area, but why would I?
The room was not well lighted at night. Great window light during the day, but it would have been difficult to read in the evening. Not impossible, but not optimal.
