Wonderful zen oasis in a quiet corner of the city. Right beside the ancient city wall. Beautiful rooms. Staff very helpful and lovely. Very nice breakfasts and tasty food from room service.

Siamo stati per un paio di notti nella seconda metà di agosto. L'albergo è molto bello e curato nel design degli ambienti, nuovissimo e molto pulito. Ci è stata assegnata una camera molto spaziosa con zona living e zona notte e con due bagni, uno più piccolo di servizio e l'altro master con vasca enorme e doccia spaziosissima. Lo staff è super gentile e disponibile. Pur essendo arrivati in struttura molto tardi hanno tenuto aperta la cucina per servirci la cena. Tra l'altro non ci aspettavamo che la qualità del cibo fosse così alta e con una scelta buona anche di cucina occidentale (cosa alquanto rara da trovare in Cina. Ci hanno lavato e asciugato gratuitamente i vestiti sporchi accumulati durante la prima parte del nostro viaggio. La posizione è molto comoda, subito all'interno delle mura sul lato nord verso l'angolo ad est quindi vicina alle attrazioni principali e con la possibilità di reperire subito nelle vicinanze la "famose" biciclette a noleggio per girare in città. Pur parlando poco l'inglese sono organizzatissimi con le app di traduzione e quindi è stato facilissimo comunicare.
Proprio proprio se vogliamo fare un appunto forse la colazione presentava poche opzioni occidentali ma comunque la qualità del cibo era ottima come anche il servizio in generale.

the property oozes calm, rooms are clean and comfortable. we slept very well. Miles and the owner were all very hands on, helped us with every little thing.
No facilities in the hotel to enjoy the landscape. Our window faced small construction.
