Ayder Palazzo Hotel

All the staff are amazing. The receptionist with a beard and another reception young member were extremely helpful and made my trip easier. They organised many tours for me and were always very supportive. Bengsu, the lady who manages breakfast, was very helpful and always offered me coffee or tea whenever I was sitting there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Ayder.

Our stay at Ayder Palazzo Hotel was absolutely wonderful, but what made it truly unforgettable was the incredible team! The staff are some of the kindest, warmest, and most helpful people we have ever met. Every single request was handled with genuine care, kindness, and a willingness to go above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Their exceptional hospitality made us feel truly special. You can tell that these wonderful people put their hearts into their work, and that is something you simply cannot fake. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable! You made our trip to Kaçkar even more beautiful. I am already looking forward to coming back, and whenever I return to Ayder, this is the ONLY hotel I will choose! ❤️

الموقع استراتيجي قريب من الهضبة وكشكات التسوق وفيه مطعم تحت الفندق تبع الفندق تفطر فيه الصباح والبوفية حقه كويس مثله مثل غيره فطور تركي تقليدي اجبان ومربى. تطلع من باب الفندق يمين تروح نزول للهضبة، يسار تروح طلوع للزيب لاين واماكن مخصصة كثيرة تعطيك فيو على الشلال وتاخذ فيهم احلى صور. الموظفين الاندونيسيين محترمين ويتكلمون عربي وخدومين، طلبت منهم يغيرون الغرفة عشان ابيها تفتح على جهة الهضبة، طبعاً مابها فيو مثل الصور كلام فاضي بس عشان يدخل عليك هواء.

اذا وصلت ايدر وقربت للفندق بتحصل باركينق يسارك به عجوز وشايب نصابين واخلاقهم وسط ويهاوشون بالتركي ههههه بس ماعليه تحملهم شوي لانهم كبار، راح يقولون لك الساعتين بـ 300 ليره، قل لهم انا تبع الفندق، راح ياخذون منك 300 ليره ويقولون لك خلاص هذا حسابك الين تطلع (الي فهمته الفندق متفق معهم على 3 مواقف تكون فري للنزلاء) بس هم يزرفونك هالـ 300 ماعليه. لان بجنب الفندق مباشرة فيه دخلة صغيره وفيها جبل يقولون لك الفندق حنا نوقف سيارتك هنا ببلاش بس نصيحة خلك عند العجيز لان الدخله هاذي تكسر سيارتك وتخرب الصدام وتبلش بها. مافيه تكييف وفي اوقست الجو حررر داخل الفندق. الغرفة صغيرة وضيقه بشكل ما تتخيله يعني اذا وزنك فوق 70 تراك بتعاني.
