We liked the location as it is in the historic centre.
Cosimo is a very reactive and kind host. We were allowed to check in early which was greatly appreciated.
Good air conditioning.
The apartment was not the one we thought we had booked. Cosimo has a few properties and the pictures on Booking are not clear. We thought we had booked the flat with the rooftop! Pay attention when you book to get the right apartment.
The one we had was a little old fashioned in the deco, the kitchen in particular, the wifi didn’t work well (couldn’t use it in the bedroom) and proper shower gel and shampoo would be great.
You can only use the air conditioning when present in the flat as all the keys are locked together. I understand that we need to be careful not to use the air conditioning too much. However, being able to refresh the room during dinner to come back to a fresh room for the night would be nice.
The cute little “dead end” ended up not being so quiet as there was early noise from building work just opposite our flat. We know it is not Cosimo’s fault but it has to be mentioned.

I loved everything about this! Such a good host and easy. Clean apartment and the best location in old town. Great communication with host! The perfect place to stay in Monopoli
