楼层太高，带着74岁老人，拖个20公斤行李上下爬楼，有点累。

The shower is dirty and has mold. The bed linen is dirty. The mattresses are stained, and the pillows are stained as well. The doors barely close. There is very little space. The beds are very uncomfortable.

The owner is really nice, helpful and the communication is excellent.
Close to the train stop (Grabowek) and fairly close to Gdynia city center.
2 big grocery stores and convenient stores nearby.
Towel.and closet space is provided,
Comes with a nice big communal kitchen, with dishes and utensils provided, microwave, stove and fridge is also on site.
Aesthetically it could be nicer, a bit run down, fresh paint, some plants and nice pictures would make a huge difference.
