Budi est un hôte très sympa, bienveillant et serviable.
La villa est comme sur les photos, il n’y a pas de surprise.
Elle est très propre et fonctionnelle. C’est un coin très calme et reposant.

The location was great a short Grab ride into Ubud, the host Budi and his wife are lovely people, couldn’t do enough for you. Throughly enjoyed our stay at Arta house
Only thing I could comment on would be the seating area, not very comfortable when lounging a small sofa would be a great addition

Arta House is the best Villa in Ubud in my opinion. We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about it. Budi is an amazing host; he is very responsive to all our needs even before our arrival. His English is great; he is very polite, kind and thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, as he walked us through the villa and addressed all questions. He organized a scooter rental, and multiple day-trips around Bali for us, including the Mt. Batur sunrise hike. He recommended an on-call masseuse, who we had on a weekly schedule during our stay.
Arta House is perfectly set up in the quieter part of Ubud, surrounded by beautiful paddy fields, and it is only 8 minutes drive from Ubud center. During our 6 weeks stay, we got to know the neighborhood, neighbors and their routines. We enjoyed our 3.2Km daily walks. The Villa is more beautiful than in the photos. It is spotlessly clean and comes with free biweekly cleaning service. The pool is well maintained. The kitchen is perfectly functional with everything we need to make our daily omelette and weekly chicken curry. The beds are perfect for us, not too soft.. and they are very large. The sheets and towels are changed out weekly (including the comforter). ACs in the bedrooms kept us comfortable.
The price is spot on for the value we get from this villa. We felt like we are a part of the community. We look forward to staying at Arta House when we return to Bali on our next trip.
