Location- 2 minute walk to beach, very clean & free parking available
Noisy doors, particularly bathroom door- could do with some oiling, no kettle available , no iron available

Whilst the price was reasonable I feel you shouldn’t advertise what it is not
It’s not Luxury and not a Suite
Negatives -
Hole in sheet
Wire coat hangers
Outside light bulb wasn’t working although the ‘balcony’ wasn’t large enough to take a seat
We had to request day request towel change after 6 days
No signage for property
Communication when trying to get room change was not effective
WiFi code not in property so had to make couple of calls in order to access messages to get instructions
No fan in bathroom therefore gets very steamy
Toilet lid doesn’t stay up plus it’s plastic
Only 1 pillow each
“Dining table” ?! - although advertised there wasn’t one ( and no space either )
Stone bed corners - be careful as we both end up with bruises

We had a great stay here but I would not describe the room as a “suite”. Good communication with the host, 2 mins to the beach and the handful of restaurants. Quiet location and space out the back to hang out towels and swimming stuff.
There needs to be better signage - there is no sign! It’s just behind the small store. Just be aware (not the property’s fault) that high winds can impact the ferry services to Syros in August, particularly the high speed ones. The slower big ferries are less affected so could be a safer choice.
