Interaction with owner was fabulous, he is very patient, courteous and quick to respond. Complete kitchen, including a washing machine and area to hang clothes to dry. Small supermarket at about 150 meters from property and Pharmacy right under. Parking garage is open, but you have a spot there, so that’s a plus.
It didn’t really bother me, but be advised that it is on the third floor, no elevator. It’s about a 10 minute, walk from the palace and Boardwalk.

Apartament na poddaszu jest bardzo ładny, zadbany i przytulny. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Dużym plusem jest świetny kontakt z właścicielem – bardzo miły, pomocny i chętnie służy pomocą, gdyby tylko pojawiła się taka potrzeba.
Lokalizacja jest naprawdę rewelacyjna. W zaledwie 5 minut można dojść do targu warzywnego, a tuż obok znajduje się Stare Miasto i port. Do plaży również jest bardzo blisko – około 7–10 minut spokojnym spacerkiem.
To świetne miejsce, jeśli chce się mieć wszystko w zasięgu ręki i jednocześnie cieszyć się klimatem Splitu. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wróciłabym ponownie!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und abgebildet und auch die Lage ist perfekt. Das Schlafsofa war bereits gemacht, was ein Pluspunkt ist, außerdem war es sehr bequem. Generell war es super, zwei Sofas zu haben, da wir zu dritt waren. Der Tisch ist schön groß und die Stühle sind schick und bequem. Die Klimaanlagen haben super funktioniert und man konnte die Lampen wärmer einstellen oder dimmen, hat auch nicht jede Unterkunft. Der TV hat Apps wie Youtube und Netflix. Es ist eine schöne und bequeme Unterkunft und auch der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell.
Es hatte nur Spülmittel gefehlt, um bei einpaar Teilen nicht gleich die Spülmaschine benutzen zu müssen
