Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was small but comfortable. Easy location to the river and night market.
Didn't have a chair but the staff were happy to provide one. Could be a little noisy in the morning due to the neighborhood but not the hotel's fault or responsibility.

The staff were amazing—very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Their service was definitely the highlight of our stay.
However, the room was disappointing. It had a bad smell, was in poor condition, and unfortunately did not look like the photos online. The facilities felt quite different from what was advertised. I guess you get what you pay for, but the staff truly did their best to make the experience better.

These are decent rooms with comfy beds in a good area, and the staff are pleasant.
When I booked a few days in advance, I asked for a room with balcony on the top floor... but I guess they didnt read the reservation request, as when I arrived they told me there was nothing left that night but a room without a balcony on the bottom floor. When I went in, there was dirt in the entrance area and someone else's hairs everywhere, plus the smell of people smoking on the fire escape next to the room. Not great.
