The housekeeper and security guard were very professional and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were helpful, courteous and attentive, and their service made our experience more pleasant. We truly appreciate their efforts and commend them for their professionalism.
The apartment was okay overall, but there were several issues that the management team should have addressed.
Firstly, we were not informed in advance about the electricity being switched off, and the water supply in the apartment was unreliable.
Secondly, there were two large bins directly in front of the house, which attracted houseflies that entered the apartment. This was unpleasant and raised concerns about hygiene.
These are major issues that should be resolved before operating the business. Guests deserve a clean, comfortable and properly maintained environment.
I hope the management team takes these concerns seriously and addresses them to improve the experience for future guests.
