Very very comfortable beds and blankets, I slept very well. Lots of food places within walking distance. I think it's great for a short stay. Quite accessible especially for those with luggages as it's on the 1st floor.
The room is kept clean and slippers are provided.
The door felt a little insecure as it's a simple bedroom lock and on the 1st floor.
There's no washer or dryer, so I wouldn't recommend for long stay.

enough space for 3 people, i like the design and the house location is close to touristy areas. Sean let us check in early, that was a big advantage. There were tea and coffee for us to drink.
Wish there was a window we can open while we’re sleeping. There is a door you can leave a small opening, however mosquitos and bugs might be a problem. Also the floor could be a bit cleaner.

The attention this host has is on another level. He helped us so much, even when we had some problems with our luggage. I can't thank him enough.
About the location, I loved the quiet neighborhood, the station a couple blocks away, and also restaurants and supermarkets.
Since it was an apartment, we were in charge of separating the trash. It was a little stressful to decide how to separate things, but I think it's a minor issue.
