communication with host was great. The room was so dang cute and comfortable with all the amenities that we didn't even realize we needed. We came in late and left early but having the coffee pot and everything needed for a cup of coffee was so appreciated since nothing in town was open that early in the morning. The finishes are top quality too.

Location was good. The cabin was very nice and clean. Well stocked. Instructions for arriving and checking out were excellent and easily understood. The rustic design and decor were great. I could recommend this place to friends and family.
1. The WIFI was too weak to be very usable. Needs to be boosted. That was frustrating.
2. The Direct TV system could use better instructions, like which are the popular channels. I had to do a lot of hunting to find usable shows.
3. The toilet seat was loose and needed tightening. 4. The bathroom door creaked loudly, so needing to use it at night could easily wake others up.... needs lubricating. Otherwise everything was great.

There was a sign outside the door with your name on it. It was nice having a rocking chair outside. Loved the shower. Decorative pillows were nice.
There was a lot of empty space. The dining room table was very small. The curtains let a lot of light in and the air unit blew them open when on. A luggage rack would have been nice. The other units seems to have blinds but not ours. No place to get your luggage off the floor unless you want to empty out your suitcase. I miss being able to actually see someone when checking in. Their mini refrigerators also don’t have a freezer area so be mindful if you need that.
