The staff is so lovely and welcoming. Makes you feel at home the moment you step inside the lobby. I booked breakfast and for my needs, it was good! I didn’t order room service but heard it’s 24hrs. The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable. I found the hotel impeccably clean. The bedding was excellent quality which made me even more comfortable! I liked the shower very much - strong water pressure and perfect temperature! I didn’t get to enjoy the swimming pool but did visit the gym - has what you need to stay active even during a work trip!
Not sure if I was just really unlucky with the room I got (as I haven’t seen any other reviews mention this), but the soundproofing is terrible!! I had a very loud neighbour on one side and I could hear his entire phone conversations and the shows he was watching 😟, and on the other side a family/couple who again were really loud. I think sound proofing on the second floor needs to be looked at cause I don’t think it was just really loud people..

Personnel extrêmement sympatique et à l'écoute.
Hébergement très spacieux et tout confort. Piscines et restaurant extras. Je n'ai pas trop profité des évènements organisés. Une prochaine fois j'espère!

Staff and service was exceptional.
Great location since it's away from the noise of the city centre.
Literally my only nitpick is the lack of an in hotel spa service.
