On the positive side, the place is very photogenic and looks great in pictures. It’s also conveniently located close to the sea, which made it easy to enjoy the surroundings. The host was especially kind and helpful throughout the stay, which I really appreciated.
However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The pool was dirty and full of mosquitoes, making it unusable. The outdoor bathtub was also not properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Additionally, the road leading to the apartment was in very poor condition, making access inconvenient.

Wunderschönes Zimmer und großes Bett. Sehr ruhig
Leider sehr weit weg von Geschäften oder Restaurants.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war so gering, dass man den Sand nicht abgespült bekam

Everything was beautiful! Just like the pictures. The owner’s helped with recommendations for food and travel. 10/10 would recommend
Tulum is very underdeveloped and the location of the property is near streets that are not developed as well and it was very hard to access when coming from the airport.
