Proximity to restaurants and other places to go yet quiet at night.
Also one of the staff is always keeping a smile in his face, that is nice.
The restrooms facilities needs improvement. Parking space is limited.

Affordable price, mababait na staff, good location (malapit sa Mahogany market at malapit sa house ng friend namin), may free parking at pet friendly (walang additional charges for pets nung nagstay kami, you can ask the property nalang bgo magbook baka may changes). What you see in the photos is what you get. For a brief staycation, para sakin is sulit na siya for a 6/pax.
If particular kayo sa noise, at mabilis kayo magising sa ingay. Iwasan lang magbook during February since may mga guests na madaling araw umaalis (particulary mga cyclists) which is according to the staff is mga regular na yun nagbobook sa kanila. Nainform naman kami beforehand na may ganun kaya we understand.
