Property location and decent parking access, they are reasonably setup for the price so it's hard to complain.
The earplugs in the room was a humorous addition to the stay but we do understand that the location is close to and right next to night life spots, however the security does a very good job.
Only thing I'm not too happy about is there's a communal kettle and no microwave (bar fridge is in the room as well as cups and basic tea and coffee for you).
The door locks did confuse some of the visitors - as you need a key to enter from the outside in, but the door doesn't lock from the inside (like a door latch), so some visitors were slamming doors trying to figure out the key and lock situation, same as we did.
It's not such a big issue of not having a microwave and kettle, but I would recommend the place update their locks because people do stress a bit.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was spacious and had lots of storage places for my items.
The street and place was a bit noisy but they do supply ear buds I just couldn’t locate them.

Although located in a busy area with construction and businesses, the stay was really quiet which I appreciated. The staff was really nice and helpful, there was open communication throughout the stay. There were streaming services on the TV and tea stuff in the room so when the weather turned bad, I knew I would be warm and entertained inside. Rooms are kept clean, clean towels and bedding. Loved the bar fridge, I kept my water and chocolates there.
There was no microwave so I had to keep buying food in small portions and nothing that required warming up. There were no spoons on the tea tray but luckily I came prepared with my own picnic cutlery

I liked that is closer to the beach and many shops and restaurant, very convenient.
Displaying the standard room with the domitory prices and gets told after that I need to top up to get a standard room as the one I payed for is for domatries . The rooms are a bit cold .
