The property was spacious and was in a great location because of proximity to shops, restaurants and the mall. The flat had all the amenities and essentials. There was some traffic noise but that goes hand in hand with staying in a busy area plus because we had to keep the windows open because of summers. I reckon in winters, with closed windows, the noise levels would be much lower.
Lift calling button sometimes didn't work. On one occasion the entire lift became faulty and we found out from fellow residents the next day that some people got stuck in the lift and the help came late. Moreover the standard of cleanliness of shared spaces like staircase within the building was poor.

Apartment was spotless clean, comfortable beds and stocked well with bathroom necessities. It is in a great location and only a 12 minute walk from Watford Junction. The host I found very helpful and flexible to our needs
The only negative was the outside noise of traffic which might annoy some people but this is white noise which we easily zoned out of.

Spacious apartment. Plenty of hot water for shower.
Very very noisy hardly slept...Lift button on our floor not working. Communal area really bad and smelly. No key code given to open the gates to the car park. Property needs a good deep clean as it was very dusty and the floors were dirty and sticky. An additional key would be helpful as one key in and out of the property is not enough. Freezer needs defrosting as it was thick with ice.
